What do you want out of life? Think about it, now imagine it. Is it a new car, a better job, want to get married? Maybe these goals are too small for you, maybe you’re thinking more along the lines of a Lamborghini, a couple penthouse suites and a bunch of comas in your bank account. What if I told you, you could have all of it? No I’m serious it could all be yours. Here’s how to get it:
Don’t worry, I’m not about to forward you to some link where you make 3 payments of $19.99 for your own magical concoction, its way more simple than that. It’s called the Law of Attraction. If you’ve never heard of this law, it’s a simple revamping of the mind, that becomes a behavior or habit. So how does this work?
Life isn’t very easy and you’ve more than likely caught onto this tidbit by now if you’re at least 25 years old. You may have even had an idea about where you would be in life by now and when you compare that thought to your present reality, things may look a little foreign. Now its time for you to abandon everything you know and adopt a new way of thinking. For instance, instead of complaining about your finances or thinking that, that promotion is completely out of your reach; start imagining a new world where anything you want is yours for the taking.
Step 1: what do you want?
Think about this question and make it as detailed as possible. For example, if its a new car, think about which make and model. Is it brand new? Do you fancy candy red or maybe all black everything is more your speed? Think of the interior and how you would want it to look.
Step 2: Imagine it
Once you’ve settled on what it is that you want, it’s time to imagine it. This is why step 1 is so important. If your mind is racing through all of your different desires, its going to be even more difficult to imagine it. Going back to example 1, the car. After you’ve figured out exactly which car you want and can clearly see it, its time to imagine yourself with it. See yourself driving it. See your best friend in the passenger seat. See yourself blasting the radio and singing along. Make your desires come to life in your mind.
Step 3: Attract it
Still using that brand new car as an example; its time to change your vocabulary. Substitute words like “if” for “when” or “can’t” for “can”. Start making plans for when you get that new car. Tell yourself its already yours. Before you know it you’ll start speaking like “when I get that new car” instead of “if I had that new car.”
The entire law of attraction works on faith. By transforming your mind to tell yourself that you already have the things you want, you subconsciously create a driving force that’ll lead you right to your goals and dreams. You create a world where things that may seem unattainable are now in reach. If you have a negative or pessimistic mindset, you will create a toxic environment that will drown any possibilities of reaching your goals. Dreams take faith to bring them to fruition because they are just a thought that doesn’t yet exist.
No your circumstances may not be what you want at the moment but that doesn’t mean you cannot change them for the better. If you can imagine a life you want, you can make it a reality.
